The whole system adopts the fully closed and heat preservation type energy-saving galvanizing furnace. The temperature control system can calculate and adjust the electric power by the program according to the production temperature setting and the actual operation conditions. It has many functions of data acquisition, storage and analysis. 

The advantages of the scheme are advanced equipment performance, uniform furnace body temperature, good electric furnace insulation (annual energy saving of more than 500000 KW), convenient maintenance (heat-resistant stainless steel electric heating plate weighs 30-50kg, which can be hoisted from the top), less equipment failure (electric heating plate and other equipment have no failure in 10 years), long service life and fast construction speed. The occupied space is small and the furnace pit size is small.
